All students and parents receive online student profiles to help manage schedules and stay up-to-date with student progress. Students and parents choose a unique username and password to login. This gives customers access to lesson and billing history, sheet music and study material, video examples of exercises, and more.
Each lesson is followed by an email summary that contains a complete lesson review and practice outline to help guide students through practice outside of the weekly music lesson. The music teacher provides students and parents with video examples of all exercises to view and practice outside of the weekly sessions. Additional video chat tutoring is available, at no additional charge, with qualifying prepaid enrollment.
Pay as you go music lessons are based on an open schedule and subject to availability at the time of request. Payments are made at the time of scheduling. Payments for prepaid lesson periods are due on the 1st of each month concluding the current prepaid lesson period. Prepaid sessions can be cancelled and rescheduled as an additional lesson to the normal weekly lesson schedule of any current or future prepaid lesson period of equal or greater value.
